What is The Executive Women's Summit

The Executive Women’s Summit was created to provide senior executives (Director Level and above) and community leaders the opportunity to connect with their peers and build mutually-beneficial relationships. EWS serves as a venue for executive-level women to build these relationships and to address business, social and philanthropic issues in their busy lives.

EWS welcomes Dr. Liz Selzer, CEO of Mentor Leadership Team, to the EWS Board of Directors. She will lead a series of Mentoring Initiatives (EWS-MI) that will be instrumental in successfully aligning recruiting, on-boarding, leadership development/ training, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and enterprise-wide culture cultivation.
